A good friend of mine now used what was popular years ago, the Weight Watchers plan when she was in junior high. Her mom was a bit of a fanatic, still is to some degree, and she literally had my friend Jill on every possible diet along with her. On this diet among others, she had serious prepackaged things, and they even gave her these little snack bars to eat to keep the meals smaller and otherwise. They had plenty of descent ideas actually.
The problem is that frankly speaking they didn’t account for actually controlling somebody’s use of it. She had her cheat days, and all she would eat were Fritos on that day. She didn’t really care to lose the weight the way her mom did at that particular point in time. But with the snack bars, you were supposed to eat one. She would eat 3 in one single sitting. She ended up gaining weight on this particular diet, and since then for various reasons, the weight watchers diet has really lost favor among many. Realistically, it is just missing a lot of things that could be said to be quite important to say the least. But that’s part of what comes from fad dieting in some ways.
