Body Types - September 25th, 2009

Now most of us are stuck with one body type or another.  We are either bigger and we bulk up faster or we are skinny, and it’s a serious challenge at best.  This being said, most personal trainers seem to be the bigger guys who bulk up faster, and they have this thick layer of fat over their muscles.  So you know they’re there, but maybe they just do no cardio, who really knows.  That being said, I’ve never been inclined to train with a personal trainer, because obviously that layer of fat covering up all your work is not exactly appealing, and the lack of a neck is also not that appealing in general terms. 

 

This being said, there is only one trainer I’ve ever seen that actually is one I’ll train with.  He’s not only trained obviously educationally, he follows his own words.  He also talks about the idea that he is actually just gifted in terms of he has a good body type in both ways.  When he stops working out, he just slims down.  But his version of slimming down is definitely not my version of slimming down.  That being said, when he takes the time to work out, he’s huge but not fat.  To me, it seems that he just has natural diet habits most of us don’t have.  So that helps.  But sometimes, it’s just one of those natural things that some people have and others don’t.
